What is included in the price?
A fully furnished apartment or maisonette with the agreed area and terraces. The detailed package for a specific unit is provided on enquiry.
How does a viewing work?
Book a time by phone or via the contact form. On site we show you the chosen home and answer questions about the process and availability.
What are the maintenance costs?
The current maintenance fee — amount and scope — is confirmed on enquiry for a specific unit. We will explain what it covers.
Parking?
Parking may be included with the unit or arranged on enquiry — depending on availability and the apartment chosen.
What are the next steps?
After choosing a home — offer, preliminary and notarial contract. The team guides you through the documents; payment terms are agreed individually.
